Intergroup meets once every other month, beginning in January. We meet on the third Wednesday of the month. We have a special meeting in February to vote on the proposed motions for the upcoming World Service Business Conference in May.
Who Should Attend:
All affiliated OA groups should send an elected Representative or
Alternate. The elected Representative or Alternate may vote on issues
raised at the Intergroup Business Meeting. The elected Representative or
Alternate has one vote per issue regardless of how many meeting he or she
represents. All OA members are invited to Intergroup Business Meetings,
but only the elected Representative or Alternate may vote. Representatives
from O-Anon may attend but may not vote.
All Intergroup Officers.
All WSO Delegates and Region Representatives.
All members who perform services or are on Intergroup Committees.
